Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience building production AI applications and platforms.

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks, memory systems, and multi-agent workflows.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and model optimisation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and infrastructure.
• Experience integrating diverse enterprise data sources and knowledge repositories.
• Strong software engineering background with emphasis on scalability and platform design.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business value and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the architecture for an enterprise AI agent platform.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable large language models, tooling, and deployment approaches.
• Design and optimise agent orchestration, memory, and retrieval-augmented generation capabilities.
• Develop approaches for prompt management, testing, versioning, and governance.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data sources from across the business.
• Establish best practices for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Monitor and optimise AI usage, token consumption, and operational costs.
• Assess commercial and open-source AI technologies and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to engineering stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical decisions into clear recommendations for business and technology leaders.
