Job summary

Aiclo is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build the AI engine powering its evolving platform. You will design, ship to production, and continuously improve the AI pipeline, collaborating closely with the CTO on reliable, measurable, and cost-efficient systems.

You will work on structured extraction, model orchestration, memory linking, integrations, and privacy by design, ensuring robust performance across languages and long-running processes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience building production AI/LLM systems.
• Strong Python and model SDKs (OpenAI, Anthropic or similar).
• Hands-on experience designing structured extraction, classification and orchestration pipelines.
• Experience with evals, metrics and test datasets.
• Familiarity with retrieval systems and vector databases.
• Attention to inference costs and scalability.
• Fluent English in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship the AI pipeline that extracts structured moments from conversations.
• Build and optimize multi-tier model architecture balancing cost, latency and quality.
• Define datasets and evaluations to drive production decisions.
• Link meetings, emails and contacts to deals with a three-level memory and governance.
• Develop bots and automations with retroactive signals and To Dos workflows.
• Integrate customer knowledge and bidirectional CRM connections.
• Ensure privacy by design and GDPR compliance.
