BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Python) to design and build production-grade AI systems using LLMs and RAG architectures. You will bridge cutting-edge AI research with production workflows, enabling intelligent automation across business processes.

You will work with LangChain, Python, AWS, and vector databases to deliver scalable AI solutions, collaborating with global teams and contributing to ongoing AI strategy, architecture, and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI/engineering, software engineering or data science.
• Experience building AI-powered systems using LLMs and Python.
• Hands-on knowledge of RAG pipelines and external data integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-grade AI applications using Python and LangChain.
• Design RAG pipelines to improve model accuracy with external data.
• Integrate LLM APIs and vector DBs for semantic search tasks.
• Architect scalable data processing for AI/ML workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape AI strategy.
