Job summary

Lighthouse Document Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer for the AI Platform team. You will design and build production-grade software that blends Predictive AI and Generative AI into eDiscovery review workflows, including TAR scoring engines and LLM-powered analysis.

The role centers on scalable, defensible solutions and reviewer-facing APIs. You will architect cloud services on Azure, integrate model serving endpoints and vector search, and collaborate with data scientists to

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in C# and .NET with 7+ years of professional dev experience.
5+ years building cloud-connected software on Azure with REST APIs and microservices.
Experience with AI/ML tooling, model serving, and LLM APIs is preferred.
5+ years in database development (MS SQL/PostgreSQL) and large datasets.
Proficient with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

Design and develop production-grade software for eDiscovery AI capabilities.
Architect cloud services on Azure integrating model serving endpoints and vector search.
Collaborate with data scientists to translate ML outputs into reliable services.
Develop cloud services using Azure Service Bus, Functions, and Kubernetes for high throughput.
Write non-functional requirements and assess feasibility within time/cost constraints.
Lead and implement software using SOLID, design patterns, and OOP best practices.
Mentor team members on AI service integration and engineering practices.
Enhance agile processes and advocate for productivity tools and best practices.
Handle additional duties as assigned.
