Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the AI Platform team. You will design production-grade software that blends Predictive AI and Generative AI into eDiscovery review workflows, reducing manual review and increasing decision quality.

The role emphasizes cloud-native design on Azure, model-serving, vector databases, and reviewer APIs, with a focus on scalable systems and defensible software. Remote US work is supported.

Qualifications

• Senior software engineer with strong C#/.NET background and Azure experience.
• Hands-on with REST APIs, microservices, and Kubernetes in cloud-scale apps.
• Experience integrating AI/ML services and AI-assisted development tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and build eDiscovery AI capabilities and reviewer-facing APIs.
• Architect cloud services on Azure with model serving endpoints and vector search.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize ML outputs.
• Develop scalable document processing pipelines using Kubernetes.
• Document non-functional requirements and enforce best practices.
• Mentor engineers and optimize engineering productivity.
