Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking an AI-focused Senior Software Engineer to embed AI into our core platform from Atlanta. You’ll craft Elixir services that connect to ML platforms and deliver live AI-powered features for demand planning, routing, and anomaly detection.

Qualifications

• Expert Elixir/Phoenix (2+ years) - You've built and scaled systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Build Elixir services that consume ML predictions from Modal.com, Vertex AI, and other ML platforms.
• Integrate products with edge-based inference where appropriate.
• Create fault-tolerant systems with intelligent fallbacks and robust monitoring.
• Implement caching and data pipelines for AI feature serving using Kafka.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deploy models and provide APIs for integration.
