Two Six Technologies seeks a Senior Platform Software Engineer (AI Specialist) to own AI orchestration and internal infrastructure within the Platform Team. You will design, deploy, and maintain tools that enable seamless integration of agentic AI into developer codebases.

Hybrid role in Arlington, requiring three days onsite and US citizenship with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance. You will collaborate across UI, API, and data layers to improve deployment speed and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven engineering experience building AI orchestration frameworks or middleware.
• Strong skills in prompt management, token optimization, and external skill libraries.
• Experience across AI tooling and agent frameworks is essential.

Responsabilités

• Own AI Infrastructure & Orchestration: scale and maintain internal orchestrator for LLM interactions and tool loops.
• Build Self-Service Tools & Libraries: package shared utilities and client libraries for teams to use AI tools.
• Optimize for Fast Flow: collaborate with developers to set guardrails, embeddings, and testing patterns to speed deployments.
• Drive Platform Architecture: ensure components are independently hosted, versioned, and safely roll back in a monorepo.
• Collaborate and Upskill: contribute to internal guilds and advise across UI, API, and data layers.
