Job summary

RealPage is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Platform Engineer to help build the shared foundation for production-grade AI agents. This role focuses on designing, building, and operating platform services for orchestration, runtime execution, observability, and reliability across multiple product teams.

In this senior, hands-on position you will implement reusable platform capabilities, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, QoE/Eval, operations, and support to ensure high-quality releases

Qualifications

• Strong backend or platform engineering experience with distributed systems.
• Experience building reliable production systems with observability, testing, and maintainability.
• Familiarity with asynchronous execution, APIs, and stateful services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and operate platform services for production AI agents across product teams.
• Implement reusable orchestration, runtime execution, tool integrations, and workflows.
• Collaborate with product, QA, operations, and support to release capabilities with strong operational readiness.
• Improve tooling, monitoring, logs, metrics, dashboards, alerts, and debugging for agent systems.
• Support release discipline, regression testing, production support, and incident response.
