Kargo is hiring an AI Platform Engineer to own the core LangGraph-based hosting infrastructure for Karlo, our agentic ad-buying platform. You will ensure reliability, scalability, and comprehensive observability as agent teams build campaigns, creatives, and analytics.

You will ship shared services, eval frameworks, and developer tooling, enabling teams to move fast while maintaining quality and security. Join a collaborative, data-driven environment at Kargo.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years building production AI or agentic systems.
• Deep hands-on experience with LangGraph in production: graph construction, node/edge design, routing, state management, and agent lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop workflows, and tool use.
• Strong LLM foundations: prompt engineering, memory, cost optimization, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with LLM evaluation methodologies and production observability for AI systems.

Mansioni

• Own and harden the LangGraph-based agent hosting infrastructure for reliability.
• Design and deliver a shared evaluation framework to validate correctness and catch regressions.
• Ship production-ready shared services and integrations (auth, billing, Salesforce, CXP).
• Own checkpointing and context memory management for long-running conversations.
• Instrument the platform end-to-end with tracing, latency, cost, and failure visibility.
• Build SDKs, docs, and onboarding tooling to reduce ramp time for new teams.
• Collaborate with agent teams to translate needs into platform capabilities.
