Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to shape the Agent Harness runtime, leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents. You will craft first-class platform capabilities, including long-session handling and broader protocol support, enabling scalable agent workloads across Relativity products like aiR Assist and ClaiR.

You will design clean abstractions for adoption by application teams, work in a rapidly evolving AI ecosystem, and pursue continuous learning of emerging agent

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python experience building production systems.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent.
• Experience with tool calling, orchestration, and agent state management.
• Knowledge of asynchronous Python, API design, and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Architect the agent runtime architecture and platform capabilities.
• Design reusable abstractions for other engineers.
• Collaborate with product teams to align with Relativity's AI roadmap.
