Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer (LangGraph) to join our team. You will work directly with marquee clients, choosing either team augmentation or design & build to deliver robust AI-enabled solutions that evolve with client needs.

This remote US-based role emphasizes seniority, ownership, and collaboration. You will architect, implement, and optimize complex AI workflows, lead reviews, and contribute to libraries while partnering with offshore teams to ensure reliable, scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development
• Advanced English is required
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required
• 1-4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications and workflows in production
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, including building, orchestrating, and managing complex AI workflows
• Strong backend software engineering skills, with experience designing scalable services, APIs, and enterprise application integrations
• Extensive experience with at least one enterprise ecosystem: Workday (WWS/SOAP, REST, EIB), Oracle Fusion (HDL, FSM, FBDI, REST), SAP SuccessFactors (OData v2/v4, MDF), or UKG Pro WFM
• Strong history of technical leadership, specifically in leading code reviews and managing daily offshore technical handoffs
• Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating complex architectural concepts and project progress to senior leadership
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset capable of balancing high-level strategy with deep, hands-on coding
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications
• Forensic attention to detail
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work
• Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them
