Job summary

Cox Automotive's Engineering & Technology group is building a centralized Enterprise AI Integration Platform. The Senior Platform Engineer will own the central AI gateway server, on-demand connector provisioning, identity-driven sessions, and observability for all AI tool calls against production data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of experience.
• Proficient Python development with async patterns and FastAPI.
• Hands-on MCP server experience and AWS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the central AI Gateway MCP server for high concurrency.
• Build and maintain the Redis session layer binding Entra identity to tool sets.
• Implement on-demand connector provisioning with enterprise drivers and secure credentials.
• Develop MCP tool sets including Oracle DB, SharePoint Graph API, Rally, ServiceNow.
