Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
- 8+ years building or supporting enterprise tech platforms.
- 3+ years implementing AI/cloud platforms.
- Experience deploying SaaS at scale.
- Strong scripting and automation experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of enterprise AI platforms.
- Own day-to-day admin and operations for AI platforms.
- Monitor health, availability, and usage trends.
- Coordinate vendor escalations and issue resolution.
- Develop runbooks and support documentation.
- Drive platform upgrades, feature enablement, and decommissioning.
- Define support models, SLAs, and metrics.
- Create onboarding and training programs for users.
- Develop automation scripts for platform operations and integrations.
- Design data extraction/ETL from various systems and APIs.
