CoreWeave, the essential cloud for AI, is hiring a Senior AI Platform Engineer to own design, governance, and rollout of employee‑facing AI tools. You’ll lead production software, SRE practices, and enterprise IT controls across identity, devices, and SaaS to keep AI safe and productive.

You’ll work across web, desktop, IDE, and terminals, building guardrails, tenant design, and an IT‑owned gateway while enabling fast, governed adoption of new AI capabilities in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or IT systems engineering experience.
• 2+ years hands‑on experience with or administering LLM‑based products.
• Strong Python/Go/Rust/TypeScript capabilities and producing reliable services.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle of employee‑facing AI platforms across surfaces.
• Define and maintain AI operating framework, intake, and standards.
• Design and implement guardrails with security and IT teams.
