Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Software and AI Engineer, IT Systems, to design and develop AI agents and first-party applications across the stack, from LangChain-based tooling to React front-ends and robust Go/Node.js backends.

You’ll build scalable microservices, integrate with ERP/HRIS systems, leverage GenAI tooling, and collaborate with Finance, Security, and Engineering to deliver secure, observable workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of production-grade cloud services development.
• Strong experience delivering scalable backend and frontend solutions.
• Hands-on with AI/LLM frameworks and production workloads.
• Proven ability to design RESTful APIs and event-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop agents using AI capabilities into applications with LangChain, LangGraph, and related APIs.
• Design and build web and mobile apps using React (TypeScript) and modern frameworks.
• Develop scalable backend services in Node.js and Go for data processing and orchestration.
• Build internal AI agents and copilots integrating with ERP, HRIS, and Data Warehouse systems.
• Implement APIs and microservices enabling modular architectures.
• Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
• Ensure observability, maintainability, and security across the stack.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Security, and Engineering teams.
