Job summary

CoreWeave, a leading AI infrastructure company, is hiring a Software Engineer to help build and scale Weave, the observability and evaluation platform for AI agents and GenAI applications. In a small but growing team, you’ll design and ship core functionality used by customers.

You’ll work with cutting-edge AI builders, developing robust APIs and integrating with agent harnesses and SDKs. The role requires 8+ years in software engineering, strong Python/TypeScript skills, and startup experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of Python and TypeScript.
• Experience building AI agents.
• Ability to operate amid ambiguity and adapt quickly.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement robust and ergonomic APIs.
• Design and build integrations with agent harnesses and SDKs such as Claude Code, Codex, pi.dev, OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Scale and improve backend performance for low-latency production use.
• Build polished features like online LLM judges, playgrounds, evaluations, tracing UX.
• Partner directly with users to gather feedback and iterate.
