Job summary

Tessera Labs is building disruptive AI agent infrastructure to run enterprise-scale AI across cloud providers. You will design and own production-grade AI agent infrastructure, spanning Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability, with security and reliability as core principles.

The role is a senior IC position, focused on owning architectural decisions and enabling rapid, safe deployment across customer environments.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.
Hands-on with Terraform
Strong Kubernetes experience
Experience with major clouds (Azure, Oracle Cloud, GCP or AWS)
Proven CI/CD systems design and release automation
Experience building automation frameworks for DevOps
Strong networking fundamentals
Experience deploying/operating production systems

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain production-grade AI agent infrastructure across cloud providers
Be the primary owner of cloud infrastructure variants (Azure or Oracle Cloud) while supporting GCP/AWS
Develop CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end automation for infra and apps
Build a reusable automation framework for environment provisioning, secret rotation, updates, and compliance
Automate runbooks and reduce manual work via scripts and self-service tooling
Ensure observability, security, and reliability across platforms
Collaborate with product and platform engineers to unblock delivery
Champion automation-first mindset across the team
