Tessera Labs is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build Tessera Mosaic, where AI agents work alongside people to transform how enterprises operate. You'll own meaningful product problems end to end, from intuitive interfaces for understanding and controlling agents to the data and backend systems that power them.

Qualificações

• Experience building production applications with React and TypeScript.
• Backend API design in Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
• Strong data fundamentals and SQL skills.
• Ability to move across stack from database to UI.
• Proactive problem solving with pragmatic tradeoffs.
• Strong product judgment and collaborative ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own ambiguous product and technical problems end to end.
• Build data-intensive features across the stack (UI to APIs).
• Create AI-native workflows making agent behavior legible and controllable.
• Integrate with ERP systems like SAP, Salesforce, Workday.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver value.
• Shape platform foundations through architecture and code reviews.
