Job summary

Tessera Labs is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to build Tessera Mosaic, where AI agents work with people to transform enterprise operations. You will own meaningful product problems end to end, from intuitive interfaces to robust data and backend systems.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, data, and infrastructure teams, tackling ambiguous problems and delivering polished, enterprise-grade software with a strong ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building production applications with React and TypeScript.
• Backend experience designing APIs and services in Node.js, Python, Java, or an equivalent stack.
• Solid data fundamentals with relational data models, SQL, transformations.
• Ability to take a feature from database to UI and move across the stack.
• Track record turning ambiguity into action and delivering iteratively.

Responsibilities

• Own ambiguous product and technical problems end to end; clarify the problem, gather data, and ship.
• Build data-intensive features across the stack, from React UIs to APIs and data models.
• Develop AI-native workflows and explain agent behavior to users; enable review and intervention.
• Integrate with enterprise systems of record such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to test ideas and deliver business value.
• Contribute to the platform's technical foundations with reusable components and architecture.
