Job summary

Tessera Labs is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build Tessera Mosaic, where AI agents work alongside people to transform how enterprises operate. You\'ll own meaningful product problems end to end, from intuitive interfaces for understanding and controlling agents to the data and backend systems that power them.

You\'ll work across product, design, data, and infrastructure, with significant ownership over both what we build and how we build it.

Qualifications

• Production apps built with React and TypeScript; backend API design in Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Strong data fundamentals: relational data models, SQL, schemas, and data transformations.
• Able to move across the stack; learn what you need; turn ambiguity into action.
• Track record turning ambiguity into action; good questions, pragmatic tradeoffs, iterative shipping.
• Strong product judgment; balance speed with quality, security, maintainability.
• Collaborative, high-ownership approach; clear communication of technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own ambiguous product and technical problems end to end: clarify the problem, investigate data and systems, propose an approach, ship.
• Build data-intensive features across the stack: polished React interfaces, APIs, data models, backend services.
• Create AI-native workflows making agent behavior legible and controllable.
• Integrate with enterprise systems of record (SAP, Salesforce, Workday) with complex data models and APIs.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering to shape solutions and deliver real business value.
• Shape the platform's technical foundations via architecture, reusable components, conventions, and code reviews.
