Job summary

Teradata Corporation is seeking a Senior IC to design and build AI-native agentic workflows for the Teradata AI Platform. You will architect AI-driven systems that reason, analyze, and act across telemetry, applications, and workflows.

You will drive AI-powered tooling, integrate AI into CI/CD, and partner with engineering teams to improve observability and engineering productivity with minimal toil.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with AI/ML in production.
• Proven AI agents or autonomous workflows experience.
• Strong Python programming and at least one of Java/Go.
• Experience with distributed systems and observability.
• Foundational AI skills and practical deployment know-how.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of AI-native agentic workflows for Teradata's AI Platform.
• Architect AI-driven systems that reason, analyze, and act across telemetry and apps.
• Build AI agents for observability, root-cause analysis, and MTTR improvement.
• Design workflows across telemetry pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop AI tooling to accelerate development velocity and reduce toil.
• Apply LLMs and reasoning frameworks to automate complex debugging.
• Advance AI-native development practices across apps and platform engineering.
• Collaborate across teams to embed automation into CI/CD and DevOps.
