Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, or AI infrastructure.
• Experience with autonomous agent frameworks and AI orchestration models.
• Experience with agent harness, skills, memory, planning loops, self-reflection, and execution chains.
• Proven ability to build secure, scalable AI agent systems for enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI systems for enterprise use.
