Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional software engineering with ownership.
• Strong backend fundamentals across C#/.NET, Java, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience with RESTful API design, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Proven CI/CD, automated testing, and code review practices.
• Hands-on AI engineering with production agentic solutions on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate a shared agentic framework and platform.
• Deliver production agentic solutions end-to-end on Azure and integrated systems.
• Establish evaluation, observability, and cost controls for AI services.
• Lead engineering practices, code reviews, and collaboration with product teams.
• Prototype improvements and maintain security, reliability, and scalability.
