Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Architect to design enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions on Azure AI Foundry and Power Platform. You will define reference architectures, select patterns, and lead teams from development to production, aligning business needs with scalable AI platforms.

Responsibilities include architecture governance, integration of pro-code and low-code patterns, and delivering reusable IP while embedding responsible AI guardrails across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cloud solution architecture experience.
• 2+ years designing and delivering agentic AI systems in production or near-production environments.
• Azure certifications AI-102 and AZ-900 required; AZ-305 and PL-200 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end reference architectures for agentic AI across pro-code and low-code platforms.
• Select and justify appropriate agentic patterns based on use-case requirements.
• Lead engineering teams from local development to production deployment on Azure AI Foundry or Power Platform.
• Guide platform and framework selection (MAF, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, LangGraph) with trade-off rationale.
• Serve as the primary AI architecture authority in client engagements: workshops, reviews, roadmaps.
• Develop reusable practice IP: reference architectures, playbooks, accelerators.
• Embed responsible AI guardrails and production readiness standards across deployments.
