Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer in the United States to design, prototype, deploy, and scale AI solutions for enterprise clients. You work directly with clients, partners, and product teams to translate business needs into production-grade AI workflows using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and enterprise platforms like SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and data platforms.

This role requires deep engineering expertise, strong communication, and comfort with ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript and Java.
• 2+ years experience with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and AI workflows.
• 5+ years translating business needs into technical designs in large organizations or services firms.
• 5+ years experience with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms).
• 5+ years client-facing communication, leading technical discussions and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to shape AI use cases and define technical solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms.
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and copilots into production.
• Serve as the technical bridge among product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
• Drive solution architecture: prompts, APIs, orchestration, knowledge integration, governance.
• Own solutions from concept to production with accountability for quality and outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership for secure, scalable AI deployment.
