New York Technology Partners is seeking a hands-on Program Leader to drive the delivery of our Enterprise AI Platform and the agent portfolio running on it. You will bridge AI engineering, platform governance, and enterprise delivery.

You will own the roadmap, orchestrate multi-team efforts, and design gate models that move prototypes to production, ensuring measurable value, reliability, and auditability across the platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex multi-team programs in enterprise settings.
• Strong experience with scaled agile delivery and release cadences.
• Hands-on understanding of AI agents, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, tooling, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, release train, and cadence for a multi-pod AI platform.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across platform, security, infra, and consumer teams.
• Run intake for agent use cases, qualify on business value, data readiness, risk, and backlog items.
