Role Summary

Lead the delivery of an enterprise platform that integrates, governs, and monitors AI agents developed by multiple teams. This role combines technical program management, solution architecture, and cross-functional delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform delivery roadmap, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate engineering, DevOps, security, compliance, business, and vendor teams.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans.
• Guide the onboarding and integration of AI agents onto the platform.
• Review solution designs and challenge architectural or operational risks.
• Establish standards for source control, CI/CD, testing, releases, monitoring, and support.
• Define production-readiness criteria, including documentation, security, testing, ownership, and rollback.
• Maintain clear decisions, implementation guidance, risks, and operational runbooks.
• Communicate technical issues and recommendations to leadership and delivery teams.

Required Background

• 8+ years in technical program management, solution architecture, platform delivery, or enterprise integration.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure architecture and services, including identity and access, application hosting, messaging, storage, databases, monitoring, and networking.
• Experience delivering generative AI or AI-agent solutions using Azure AI services.
• Understanding of APIs, Git, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, release management, telemetry, and production support.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Strong technical judgment, documentation, communication, and risk-management skills.
• Experience in a regulated enterprise environment is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

A delivery leader with enough technical depth to challenge engineering decisions, connect multiple teams, and move AI solutions from proof of concept into secure and supportable production use. Experience with SAP S/4HANA delivery and integration, particularly SAP BTP Integration Suite, APIs, RICEFW artifacts, Clean Core principles, and supply-chain processes, is strongly preferred.
