Qualifications

12+ years of software engineering and architecture experience with leadership.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on AI/LLM experience, including retrieval-augmented generation and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and architectural governance across Wealth Technology squads.
Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews and deep-dives.
Drive AI engineering practices and developer productivity tools adoption.
