Machine Learning Technologies, LLC in Edina, MN seeks an Associate Principal, AI Optimization & Delivery - Solution Architecture. This role is the technical design authority for AI initiatives, partnering with AI leadership, Enterprise Architecture, and delivery pods to ensure cohesive integration of the AI stack across the enterprise.

You will design blueprints for an agentic component layer, establish exit criteria for sandbox-to-production, and lay the foundation for a managed AI Internal

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, platform architecture, AI/ML systems, data architecture, or enterprise platform delivery.
• At least 5+ years delivering LLM orchestration and agentic systems in production, including multi-agent orchestration, context management, and tool connectivity.
• Strong systems-thinking skills with ability to evaluate emergent behavior and architectural consequences.
• Experience designing AI/ML platform infrastructure, including cloud integration, LLMOps/MLOps tooling, and observability.
• Experience with regulated data environments (PHI/PII) and HIPAA considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce architecture decision records and governance artifacts.

Responsabilidades

• Establish architectural standards and design patterns for LLM-enabled workflows, agentic systems, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Define hybrid system patterns balancing LLM-based judgment with deterministic code for compliance.
• Architect platform component layer, including shared libraries, reusable agent templates, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Define data models for enterprise agent registries and context-management strategies.
• Lead evaluations of AI technologies and document architectural rationale.
• Ensure privacy and security boundaries, HIPAA compliance, and data-sharing constraints.
