Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise software/architecture or related fields.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with LLM orchestration and agentic systems in production.
• Strong ability to evaluate emergent behavior and communicate architectural decisions.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms, LLMOps/MLOps tooling, and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of data privacy, HIPAA, PHI handling, and compliant architectures.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and document decisions.

Responsibilities

• Establish architectural standards for LLM-enabled workflows and agentic systems.
• Define hybrid patterns balancing LLM-based judgment with deterministic code.
• Define platform governance and sandbox-to-production graduation criteria.
• Maintain data models for enterprise registries and memory/context management.
• Lead evaluations of AI technologies and vendor-agnostic decision-making.
• Ensure platform boundaries for privacy and security in healthcare data.
