You will own governance, security, and reliability patterns, mentoring engineers and shaping durable platform patterns for faster, safer production outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Substantial experience with cloud-native platforms and distributed systems.
• Experience designing and operating AI platform capabilities and workloads.
• Ability to lead complex programs and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering durable platform architectures.

Responsibilities

• Set the platform direction and define the AI platform roadmap across cloud, hybrid, and edge environments.
• Run the platform as a product with defined service tiers and adoption metrics.
• Enable portable model access with secure gateways and stable contracts.
• Architect elastic compute, storage, and network foundations for AI workloads.
• Automate the path to production with repeatable delivery patterns.
• Define trusted agent runtimes with secure execution and audit trails.
• Engineer for reliability through service objectives and observability standards.
• Make usage and quality signals visible to improve unit economics and outcomes.
• Guide build-versus-buy decisions with cross-functional partners.
• Mentor engineers and build reusable production patterns.
