EY is seeking a senior leader to architect and run a scalable AI platform that spans cloud, hybrid, and edge environments. The role emphasizes delivering measurable value through reliable, observable, and cost-efficient foundations that enable teams to deploy AI workloads with confidence.

You will mentor engineers, define governance and non-functional standards, and partner across security, risk, and finance to balance innovation with responsible execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 9-12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and operating cloud, infrastructure, SRE, or platform capabilities, including production AI workloads.
• Platform delivery: building a shared platform used by multiple product teams with measurable improvements.
• Deep cloud architecture experience and portable patterns for hybrid or multi‑cloud constraints.
• Hands-on engineering: orchestration, networking, identity, infrastructure as code, delivery automation, APIs, observability.
• AI operations: model serving and lifecycle capabilities, release controls, evaluation, capacity, service objectives, incidents.
• Architecture judgment: build-versus-buy decisions and explaining consequences.
• Cross-functional leadership: guiding large programs and mentoring engineers.
• Travel up to 50% and hybrid office presence.

• Define trusted agent runtimes with secure execution, isolation, and replay capabilities.
• Engineer for reliability with SLOs, observability, recovery patterns, and incident learning.
• Make economics visible by linking usage, performance, and quality signals.
• Lead build-versus-buy and portability decisions with cross-functional partners.
• Mentor platform engineers and turn emerging technology into reusable production patterns.
