Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking a senior platform lead to shape the AI platform strategy across cloud and hybrid environments. You will own the platform vision, define reference architecture, and drive adoption through well-defined service tiers and repeatable delivery patterns.

You’ll mentor engineers, enable portable model access, and align stakeholders on practical trade-offs while building durable, observable, and cost-aware foundations for production AI workloads.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required with substantial experience in cloud/infrastructure/SRE or platform capabilities.
• Experience designing and operating cloud, infrastructure, SRE, or platform capabilities for production AI workloads.
• Track record delivering a shared platform adopted by multiple product teams with measurable improvements.
• Deep cloud architecture experience and judgment on portable patterns for hybrid/multi-cloud.
• Hands-on depth in orchestration, networking, identity, IaC, delivery automation, APIs, and observability.
• Experience operating model-serving and AI lifecycle capabilities, including release controls and incident learning.
• Ability to justify build-versus-buy decisions and explain operational, commercial, and technical consequences.
• Cross-functional leadership and mentoring to raise engineering capability.

• Set the platform direction including the AI platform vision, reference architecture, roadmap, and non-functional standards.
• Run the platform as a product; define service tiers, prioritize roadmap, and measure adoption and time to value.
• Enable portable model access with gateways, stable contracts, and policy-aware routing.
• Architect elastic foundations for compute, storage, and network for AI workloads.
• Automate the path to production with repeatable delivery patterns and progressive release.
• Define trusted agent runtimes with secure execution patterns and controllable agent behavior.
• Engineer for reliability with service objectives, observability, and resilience exercises.
• Make economics visible by tying usage and performance to unit economics without harming outcomes.
• Lead build-versus-buy and portability decisions with cross-functional partners.
• Build capability by mentoring engineers and turning emerging tech into reusable patterns.
