Responsibilities

Own Service Architecture for the Applied AI stack and how services fit together across the patient-facing experience.
Productionize AI-driven experiences by hardening services for uptime, reliability, and scale.
Instill best practices around debugging, observability, and operational readiness.
Mentor senior technical leaders and foster engineering rigor and growth.
Lead through ambiguity, remove blockers, and accelerate strategic initiatives.
Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and define platform principles.
