Runway is seeking a Marketing Manager to build and scale high-impact programs across creator, partner, sponsorship, and growth ecosystems. This generalist role blends strategy with execution and focuses on influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and co-marketing with customers, technology partners, and vendors.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly organized, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Marketing generalist with strong executional judgment and strategic range across B2C and B2B audiences.
• Experience managing creator partnerships with long-form vs short-form content across social channels.
• 4+ years building marketing campaigns, influencer, affiliate, or growth programs from 0 to 1.
• Experience managing external relationships: creators, sponsors, agencies, freelancers or vendors.
• Experience writing briefs, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, translating goals into concrete plans.
• Strong sense of brand fit, audience, partner value, business impact, and operational tradeoffs.
• You can build structure from scratch and tolerate ambiguity without slowing the team.
• Ability to connect programs to outcomes like subscriptions, ARR, and enterprise pipeline.

Responsibilities

• You will own and support marketing programs to reach priority audiences and drive demand.
• In the near term, manage creator/influencer partnerships, affiliates, sponsorships, and co-marketing with partners.
• You will manage the full program lifecycle from opportunities to briefs, outreach, execution, and performance review.
