Crux AI in the United States is building telemetry pipelines, correlation logic, and AI-driven agents to manage a TPU fleet at scale. You will be one of the first engineers, writing code, deploying in production, and driving reliability from day one.

You will define and instrument SLOs, build guardrails and audit trails, participate in on-call, and push automation across multi-site infrastructure to increase availability and reduce manual toil over time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, SRE, or production engineering for large-scale infrastructure with multi-site SLAs.

Responsabilités

• Build and own telemetry and event pipelines linking power, cooling, TPU hosts, interconnect, and control plane.
• Write AI agents that triage alerts, automate runbooks, drain/workloads, and file repair/RMA requests.
• Turn runbooks into code with signals, alerts, automated responses, and ownership mappings.
• Design guardrails for safe autonomous actions including blast-radius limits, approval gates, and rollback paths.
• Define and instrument SLOs and error budgets with Compute, Network, and Facility Operations; create weekly views.
• Participate in on-call and incident response; drive postmortems that yield fixes, not open items.
• Measure automation effort: increase zero-human-touch incidents across releases.
