Job summary

Windfall Data, Inc. is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead the technical onboarding of customers onto our AI-driven people intelligence platform in San Francisco.

You will own the end-to-end technical implementation, connecting customer data with our platform, performing deep-dive data analyses, and configuring attribution models. You will partner with Customer Success to ensure long-term retention and translate high-level business goals into practical, data-backed outcomes,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an external, client-facing role with high EQ.
• Quantitative degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous technical environments and explain concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical implementation of Windfall's solutions, ensuring data and applications integrate with the AI platform.
• Perform data analysis and configure initial attribution models to drive actionable KPIs for customers.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to influence the product roadmap by embedding standardized implementation processes into the Windfall application.
