Job summary

Filigran, founded in 2022, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to drive our AI-Native engineering strategy within the XTM Foundation team. You will be hands-on, run experiments with AI coding tools, and propagate best practices across engineering groups.

Work with ~80 engineers, embed AI in day-to-day workflows, build guardrails, share results publicly, and help scale AI-enabled capabilities across the OpenCTI/OpenGRC product teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, strong code quality.
• AI-first mindset with practical experience in deploying AI in engineering.
• Ability to lead experiments and translate results into practice.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Filigran's AI-Native engineering strategy and practices.
• Run structured experiments evaluating AI coding tools and agents; measure impact.
• Build guardrails and standards to ensure maintainable, tested AI-generated code.
• Collaborate with product teams (~80 engineers) to embed AI in workflows.
• Share learnings through talks, demos, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Stay ahead of the AI tooling landscape and filter noise for teams.
