EY’s Office of the CTO seeks senior engineers to design, build, and deliver AI‑native systems embedded with clients in regulated environments. You’ll own end‑to‑end delivery, shaping solutions, writing production‑quality code, and partnering with platform, architecture, security, and governance teams to ensure auditable, trusted production deployments.

The role emphasizes pragmatic tradeoffs, real‑world constraints, and delivering concrete business impact while maintaining safety and compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex software systems in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying distributed systems, APIs, integrations or data-intensive apps.
• Experience with modern AI stacks (LLM-backed systems, agentic workflows).
• Proven track record owning delivery in real‑world conditions.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to frame problems and define delivery paths under constraints.
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes from shaping through deployment and sustainment.
• Write production‑quality code and enable repeatable delivery patterns.
• Balance functionality, safety, cost, and timelines with clear stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with platform, architecture, security, and governance teams.
