Job summary

Prosum is seeking a Senior AI-Native Full Stack Software Engineer to lead architectural decisions across Java/Kotlin Spring Boot back-end and React/TypeScript front-end in an AI-powered digital media platform. You will advance AI tooling, governance, and production readiness while mentoring peers in a collaborative, high-trust environment.

You will own end-to-end design, drive platform modernization, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise applications.
Strong backend architecture with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot; clean architecture and DDD.
Advanced frontend expertise in React/TypeScript; modern state management and code quality.

Responsibilities

Own technical direction and system-wide reliability across backend and frontend.
Lead AI tooling adoption, develop prompt frameworks and automated evaluation processes.
Establish governance for AI outputs and ensure security and testing standards.
Collaborate with Product, PM, UX/Design, and Infra to align objectives and dependencies.
Mentor engineers and foster a blameless, knowledge-sharing culture.
