Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a Senior AI Full Stack Engineer to advance AI-powered software development capabilities across a large enterprise environment. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, AI tooling, and platform innovation to accelerate development through intelligent workflows and modern engineering practices.

You'll design, build, and integrate AI-enabled tools and agentic workflows, develop scalable full-stack applications, and collaborate with engineering leaders,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience implementing, integrating, supporting, or optimizing AI developer tools.
• Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve developer productivity and software delivery.
• Implement, integrate, and optimize AI engineering platforms and developer tooling.
• Develop and support agentic workflows, AI agents, and reusable AI capabilities across the organization.
• Contribute to the evolution of an AI-enabled software development lifecycle spanning requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build modern full-stack applications and internal platforms that support AI adoption and collaboration.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies through proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs.
• Monitor usage, adoption, performance, and cost optimization of AI tools and platforms.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor team members and contribute to engineering best practices.
