Job summary

Banyan Software is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the evolving architecture for Banyan HQ. You will own current-state and target-state architectures, build roadmaps, standards, and integration patterns to scale a fast-growing, acquisition-driven organization.

This AI-native, cloud-first role requires hands-on leadership across identity, collaboration, data platforms, and AI infrastructure, with strong communication to executive sponsors and a focus on governance, security, and cost

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience.
• Proven success developing current-state and target-state architectures with transition roadmaps.
• Experience architecting for enterprise AI adoption: LLMs, APIs, and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain current-state and target-state architecture for Banyan HQ.
• Build roadmaps, standards, and integration patterns for scalable growth.
• Lead integrations across core stack and ensure data flow boundaries.
• Establish governance and security principles, including zero-trust alignment.
• Mentor IT staff on architecture thinking and AI fluency.
