• Proven experience designing and building production-grade data and AI platforms.
• Hands-on with AWS data services and security/compliance considerations.
• Ability to translate business use cases into platform requirements.

• Define target-state data and AI architecture and document trade-offs.
• Design and build an AWS-centric data lake with governance and lineage.
• Stand up an AI experimentation layer with multiple LLM integrations.
• Lead a small platform team and mentor engineers over time.
