Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in architecture leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in backend architecture, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience guiding enterprise AI deployments and GenAI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise AI and GenAI architecture strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead AI initiatives from ideation to deployment and governance across platforms.
• Mentor architects, technical leads, and engineering teams to engineering excellence.
• Architect scalable APIs, integrations, and enterprise service platforms.
• Ensure security, compliance, and observability in backend systems.
