Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 10+ years of software engineering experience to design and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and workflows. You will embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, leading workshops and delivering robust, secure agentic solutions across complex environments.

You will integrate AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude) and multi-provider pipelines, using Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC to scale AI-native systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience with end-to-end software engineering and SDLC expertise.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Python/Java and related tooling; strong observability.
• Production deployment experience including CI/CD and IaC (Terraform, Helm).
• Experience leading technical workshops and delivering under ambiguity with clients.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 2+ years hands-on with Agentic AI solutions and multi-provider pipelines.
• 1.5+ years with semantic models, knowledge graphs, or enterprise knowledge.
• 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: build abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: use Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: tailor agentic apps across verticals like finance, healthcare, retail with intelligent automation.
• Client Engagement: run design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven workflows.
• Measure & Improve: define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans for accuracy, latency, safety, cost.
• Knowledge Sharing: create reusable patterns and docs to influence assets and roadmaps.
