Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, BI Analyst, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets.
• Experience with design of experiments and statistical analysis of results.
• Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
• Experience in designing and implementing custom reporting systems using automation tools.
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership.
• Track record of developing and monitoring KPIs to drive business decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular analysis and insight to marketing channel and Devices product line leaders.
• Proactively identify trends and facilitate analysis to identify issues and traffic impacts.
• Extensive background in running SQL queries, deep-dives and generating actionable insights.
• Identify customer signals across the full funnel and translate data into insights.
• Architect and develop an AI-native analytics and reporting model with dashboards and AI agents.
• Establish a unified intelligence layer connecting customer touchpoints across channels.
• Define, govern, and evolve metric standards and KPI frameworks across Homepage surfaces and partner teams.
• Design, execute, and analyze complex experiments to measure causal impact.
• Build ETL pipelines, statistical models, and ML solutions on large datasets.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align analytics roadmap.
• Design end-to-end reporting solutions, metrics, dashboards, and automated processes.
