Firmus Technologies seeks an experienced AI Native Account Lead to manage a portfolio of high-growth AI-native GPU capacity customers. You will close capacity commitments, drive growth, and own the customer experience across commercial terms and delivery execution.

This Senior IC role sits in the AI Natives coverage team, partnering with engineering, finance, and legal to scale alongside a fast-moving founder-led client base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership.
• Experience selling GPU/compute capacity contracts.
• Experience with founder-led, fast-moving customers.
• Technical fluency in GPU infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end account management for a portfolio of AI-native GPU capacity customers.
• Translate customer AI compute roadmaps into structured GPU capacity commitments.
• Lead deal structuring and negotiation for contracts from millions to tens of millions of dollars.
• Run regular executive and technical cadence with each account; manage commitments and risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer commitments and surface risks.
