Qualifications

• 5+ years applied experience with formal training or certification.
• Hands-on experience with agentic architectures and prompt engineering.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Demonstrated ability to debug complex systems.
• Strong understanding of secure handling of data in AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship systems to turn legacy logic into modern services.
• Build and operate the spec generation pipeline and implement artifact ingestion.
• Create automated test harnesses for verifying migrated outputs.
• Contribute to the standard calculation runtime for migrated calculations.
• Partner with domain SMEs to validate outputs and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Own LLMOps for the toolchain ensuring 24/7 operation.
• Develop reusable libraries and orchestration patterns to scale AI capabilities.
