Qualifications

• 5+ years applied experience in software engineering
• Familiarity with agentic workflows and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Auto-GPT)
• Advanced proficiency in Java or Python for system development
• Experience integrating AI/ML into software systems, incl. LLMs, NLP, RAG
• Experience leading enterprise AI-assisted development
• Strong security, testing, and code-review discipline
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and ML frameworks

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to engineers and stakeholders
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' code
• Lead a local team of software engineers and AI practitioners
