Qualifications

• At least ten (10) years of experience in data/BI engineering or analytics.
• At least five (5) years of experience leading a team (>=3) implementing enterprise BI/data warehouse solutions.
• At least five (5) years working with AI/ML or GenAI technologies.
• At least two proven deliveries of production-grade BI or data products.
• At least two years of ETL/ELT pipelines and DW platforms (Snowflake, Redshift) with orchestration tools.
• At least two years using OpenAI APIs or similar LLMs and prompt engineering.
• At least two years of SQL (advanced joins, window functions, data modeling) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• At least two years leading analysts and developers with stakeholder collaboration.
